Training and Support

ADEPT Cleaning Services is totally committed to providing the best possible initial training and ongoing support for its franchisees:

INITIAL BUSINESS TRAINING – 2 DAYS

These sessions deal firstly with such matters as how to set up the business, establishing the “home office”, budgeting, cash flow and employment law.

The training then progresses to the actual running of the day-to-day business, mailing prospective clients, the sales presentation, submitting written quotations and how to set up a team of cleaning operatives.

Finally, franchisees will receive instruction about monitoring ongoing profitability, running management accounts, factoring invoices, purchasing, reporting procedures, etc.

ON-JOB TRAINING – 2 DAYS

This training will take place at the premises of one or more existing ADEPT Cleaning Services contract clients located in the Midlands area. Franchisees will be able to see at first hand exactly how these contracts operate and will be able to gain a useful insight into the methods by which the clients were obtained and developed.

ON-SITE SUPPORT – 10 DAYS

For ten separate days of the franchisee’s own choosing, each franchise will benefit from the on-site presence of Alan Thomson, Managing Director of ADEPT Cleaning Services to provide practical help and guidance.

Such help is extremely valuable because it will ensure that the correct systems and working practices are established and maintained. Most importantly, Alan Thomson will be available to help with all the stages of the process leading to the acquisition of new contracts – including prospecting, the sales presentation, the written quotation and any subsequent negotiations.

Apart from the above support, the Managing Director is committed to visiting all franchises on a regular basis and franchisees will also have access to his ongoing help and guidance via the ADEPT Cleaning Services Telephone Helpline.
