The Franchise Package
The ADEPT Cleaning Services Franchise Package includes all of the following items to help you establish your commercial cleaning business and begin trading immediately after your initial training:
- Licence Fee – your right to use the Adept Cleaning Services name and systems
- The Franchise Manual – your complete guide to running the franchise
- Initial business training (2 days with accommodation)
- Initial on-job training (2 days with accommodation)
- On-site support (10 days during first 3 months)
- Computer equipment and software
- “Target” Cleaning Business Administration software package
- Initial Launch - database and prospect mailings
- Marketing materials
- Vehicle signage and first 3 months’ vehicle lease
- Business stationery
- Your entry on the Adept Cleaning Services Website
- Corporate uniform
TOTAL FRANCHISE PACKAGE FEE £19,850 Plus VAT
YOUR ADDITIONAL INITIAL EXPENSES
As well as the above Franchise Package Fee you will also incur other costs during the initial three-month period. These will include the cost of setting up your home office, of running your vehicle, insuring your business and a number of other items. We estimate that in total the cost of these extra expenses should not exceed £5,000.
In addition, you must of course remember to make provision for your own living costs during this initial three-month period.
MANAGEMENT SERVICES FEE
A Management Services Fee representing 7.0% of the Gross Sales Revenue from your business is payable to ADEPT Cleaning Services on a continuing monthly basis. This covers the ongoing services provided to you by the franchisor.
NATIONAL ADVERTISING LEVY
Once the national network has been more widely established, you will be required to make a monthly contribution towards the cost of national advertising and promotional activity. This amount is calculated as a further 1.0% of your Gross Sales Revenue and will be totally used to the collective benefit of ADEPT Cleaning Services franchisees.
