ADEPT Cleaning Services is unreservedly committed to the highest standards of quality throughout its operation. It has obtained ISO 9001 accreditation for its Quality Management System and has developed a comprehensive Health & Safety Management System.
This franchise does not require its franchisees to be involved with the actual task of cleaning.
It will appeal to individuals with good sales and management skills who aspire to building up a sizeable business for ongoing profit and eventual re-sale.
OPERATING THE FRANCHISE
A major attraction of the ADEPT Cleaning Services franchise is that it does not need dedicated premises, at least during the first few years of its development.
Franchisees can operate from a home-based office, provided that this is suitably equipped for the purpose.
As a franchisee, you will be allocated an exclusive territory and your key tasks will be to acquire, operate and maintain profitable commercial cleaning contracts by closely adhering to the franchisor’s sales and business methods.
These methods will be carefully explained to you during your initial training and are clearly set out in the Franchise Operations Manual.
The Franchise Package contains almost everything you will need to launch the ADEPT Cleaning Services business.
Based on the recommended franchise model, the franchisor’s intention is to provide all the items you will need to start trading immediately after your initial training has been completed.
The Franchise Package includes full start-up training, a computer and software, marketing material, the “launch” mailing, business stationery and even the first three months’ lease payments on your ADEPT Cleaning Services vehicle.
